Payments

We accept PayPal as our preferred method of payment.  If picking up the animal locally, cash is acceptable at the time of pick up.  Animals will ship after they have been paid off and nothing else is owed. 

Payment Plans

We are willing to work out a custom payment plan with you if there is an animal you want but don't have all the funds to purchase it.  Most plans will require a 25% non refundable down payment.  Please contact us if you would like to set up a payment plan for one of our available animals

Shipping

All animals are shipped FedEx Next Day through SYR (www.shipyourreptiles.com).  Shipping is additional unless otherwise noted, so contact us with your zip code for a shipping quote.  All packaging is included with the shipping cost.  We ship out all live packages on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday; and confirmation must be given that someone will be present to accept the package.  This is to help prevent any animals from sitting in the warehouse for an extended amount of time. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee that the animal will be alive when you receive it so long as certain needs are met.  There is risks with shipping when the outside temperatures are not ideal.  The ideal temperature is considered between 40°F and 85°F for the entire duration of the shipment, and we may choose to postpone shipment if we feel that the weather is not ideal or safe for the animal.  The animal's safe arrival to you is our #1 priority.  Heat packs will be included on cold days at no extra charge. 

This Guarantee is also void if no one is present to receive the package during the first delivery attempt.  Don't be afraid to discuss having the package shipped to your place of employment, sometimes this is more convenient to do than to ship to your home.  We are not responsible for any sort of damage that is a result of incorrect address on your part, FedEx delays or rough handling by FedEx employees.

D.O.A

In the off chance that an animal should arrive to you dead, you must contact us within 5hrs of receiving the animal.  Photographic proof is required, and we may require the animal to be shipped back at your expense.  Compensation will be issued in the form of an animal of equal or lesser value, store credit or 50% cash refund.

If you are in Suffolk County, NY or plan to attend a show we are vending at, local pick up can be arranged.  Please contact us if you are interested in picking up your animal locally.
